18. முதலாவது நான் அவர்களுடைய அக்கிரமத்துக்கும், அவர்களுடைய பாவத்துக்கும் இரட்டிப்பாய் நீதியைச் சரிக்கட்டுவேன்; அவர்கள் என் தேசத்தைத் தீட்டுப்படுத்தி, என் சுதந்தரத்தைத் சீயென்று அருவருக்கப்படத்தக்க தங்கள் காரியங்களின் நாற்றமான விக்கிரகங்களினாலே நிரப்பினார்கள் என்று கர்த்தர் சொல்லுகிறார்.
18. And first I will recompense their iniquity and their sin double; because they have defiled my land, they have filled mine inheritance with the carcases of their detestable and abominable things.
