46.  நீண்ட அங்கிகளைத் தரித்துக்கொண்டு திரியவும், சந்தை வெளிகளில் வந்தனங்களை அடையவும், ஜெபஆலயங்களில் முதன்மையான ஆசனங்களில் உட்காரவும், விருந்துகளில் முதன்மையான இடங்களில் இருக்கவும் விரும்பி,

46.  Beware of the scribes, which desire to walk in long robes, and love greetings in the markets, and the highest seats in the synagogues, and the chief rooms at feasts;
