16.  ஆகையால் மனஉருக்கத்தோடே எருசலேமினிடத்தில் திரும்பினேன் என்று கர்த்தர் சொல்லுகிறார்; என் ஆலயம் அதிலே கட்டப்படும்; எருசலேமின்மேல் அளவுநூல் பிடிக்கப்படும் என்று சேனைகளின் கர்த்தர் சொல்லுகிறார் என்று கூறு என்றார்.

16.  Therefore thus saith the LORD; I am returned to Jerusalem with mercies: my house shall be built in it, saith the LORD of hosts, and a line shall be stretched forth upon Jerusalem.
