17.  இருக்கிறவரும் இருந்தவரும் வருகிறவருமாகிய சர்வவல்லமையுள்ள கர்த்தராகிய தேவனே, உம்மை ஸ்தோத்திரிக்கிறோம், தேவரீர் உமது மகா வல்லமையைக்கொண்டு ராஜ்யபாரம்பண்ணுகிறீர்.

17.  Saying, We give thee thanks, O LORD God Almighty, which art, and wast, and art to come; because thou hast taken to thee thy great power, and hast reigned.
