38.  அவர்கள் கானான்தேசத்து விக்கிரகங்களுக்குப் பலியிட்டு, தங்கள் குமாரர் குமாரத்திகளுடைய குற்றமில்லாத இரத்தத்தை சிந்தினார்கள்; தேசம் இரத்தத்தால் தீட்டுப்பட்டது.

38.  And shed innocent blood, even the blood of their sons and of their daughters, whom they sacrificed unto the idols of Canaan: and the land was polluted with blood.
