30.  எவனாகிலும், ஒரு மனிதனைக் கொன்றுபோட்டால், அப்பொழுது சாட்சிகளுடைய வாக்குமூலத்தின்படியே அந்தக் கொலைபாதகனைக் கொலைசெய்யக்கடவர்கள்; ஒரே சாட்சியைக்கொண்டுமாத்திரம் ஒரு மனிதன் சாகும்படி தீர்ப்புச்செய்யலாகாது.

30.  Whoso killeth any person, the murderer shall be put to death by the mouth of witnesses: but one witness shall not testify against any person to cause him to die.
