23.  அவனுக்குப் பகைஞனாயிராமலும் அவனுக்குத் தீங்கு செய்ய நினையாமலுமிருக்கையில், ஒருவனைக் கொன்றுபோடத்தக்க ஒரு கல்லினால் அவனைக்காணாமல் எறிய, அது அவன்மேல் பட்டதினாலாயினும், அவன் செத்துப்போனால்,
