17.  ஒருவன் ஒரு கல்லை எடுத்து, சாகத்தக்கதாக ஒருவன்மேல் எறிகிறதினாலே அவன் செத்துப்போனால், கல்லெறிந்தவன் கொலைபாதகனாயிருக்கிறான், அவன் கொலைசெய்யப்படவேண்டும்.

17.  And if he smite him with throwing a stone, wherewith he may die, and he die, he is a murderer: the murderer shall surely be put to death.
