4.  இஸ்ரவேலுடைய எல்லாக் கோத்திரங்களிலும் ஒவ்வொரு கோத்திரத்தில் ஆயிரம்பேரை யுத்தத்திற்கு அனுப்பவேண்டும் என்றான்.
