19.  அப்பொழுது இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரர் அவனை நோக்கி: நடப்பான பாதையின் வழியாய் போவோம்; நாங்களும் எங்கள் மிருகங்களும் உன் தண்ணீரைக் குடித்தால் அதற்குக் கிரயங்கொடுப்போம்; வேறொன்றும் செய்யாமல், கால்நடையாய் மாத்திரம் கடந்துபோவோம் என்றார்கள்.

19.  And the children of Israel said unto him, We will go by the high way: and if I and my cattle drink of thy water, then I will pay for it: I will only, without doing anything else, go through on my feet.
