15.  இதோ, சமாதானத்தைக் கூறுகிற சுவிசேஷகனுடைய கால்கள் மலைகளின்மேல் வருகிறது; யூதாவே, உன்பண்டிகைகளை ஆசரி; உன் பொருத்தனைகளைச் செலுத்து; துஷ்டன் இனி உன் வழியாய்க் கடந்துவருவதில்லை, அவன் முழுதும் சங்கரிக்கப்பட்டான்.

15.  Behold upon the mountains the feet of him that bringeth good tidings, that publisheth peace! O Judah, keep thy solemn feasts, perform thy vows: for the wicked shall no more pass through thee; he is utterly cut off.
