18.  மேலும் எவனாகிலும் பலிபீடத்தின் பேரில் சத்தியம்பண்ணினால் அதினால் ஒன்றுமில்லையென்றும், எவனாகிலும் அதின்மேல் இருக்கிற காணிக்கையின்மேல் சத்தியம்பண்ணினால் அவன் கடனாளி என்றும் சொல்லுகிறீர்கள்.

18.  And, Whosoever shall swear by the altar, it is nothing; but whosoever sweareth by the gift that is upon it, he is guilty.
