14.  அந்தப் பட்டணங்களிலுள்ள மிருகஜீவன்களையும் மற்றக்கொள்ளைப் பொருள்களையும் இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரர் தங்களுக்கென்று எடுத்துக்கொண்டார்கள்; ஆனாலும் எல்லா மனுஷரையும் அழித்துத் தீருமட்டும் அவர்களைப் பட்டயக்கருக்கினால் வெட்டிப்போட்டார்கள்; சுவாசமுள்ள ஒன்றையும் அவர்கள் மீதியாக வைக்கவில்லை.

14.  And all the spoil of these cities, and the cattle, the children of Israel took for a prey unto themselves; but every man they smote with the edge of the sword, until they had destroyed them, neither left they any to breathe.
