1.  கர்த்தர் சொல்லுகிறது என்னவென்றால்; இதோ, நான் பாபிலோனுக்கு விரோதமாகவும், எனக்கு விரோதமாய் எழும்புகிறவர்களின் மத்தியில் குடியிருக்கிறவர்களுக்கு விரோதமாகவும் அழிக்கும் காற்றை எழும்பப்பண்ணி,
