20.  கலந்து குடியிருக்கிற அனைவருக்கும், ஊத்ஸ் தேசத்தினுடைய எல்லா ராஜாக்களுக்கும் பெலிஸ்தருடைய தேசத்தில் இருக்கிற எல்லா ராஜாக்களுக்கும், அஸ்கலோனுக்கும் காசாவுக்கும், எக்ரோனுக்கும் அஸ்தோத்தில் மீதியானவர்களுக்கும்,
