27.  நீங்கள் ஓய்வுநாளைப் பரிசுத்தமாக்கும்படிக்கும் ஓய்வுநாளிலே சுமையை எருசலேமின் வாசல்களுக்குள் எடுத்துவராதிருக்கும்படிக்கும், என் சொல்லைக்கேளாமற்போனீர்களாகில், நான் அதின் வாசல்களில் தீக்கொளுத்துவேன்; அது எருசலேமின் அரமனைகளைப் பட்சித்தும், அவிந்துபோகாதிருக்கும் என்று கர்த்தர் சொல்லுகிறார்.

27.  But if ye will not hearken unto me to hallow the sabbath day, and not to bear a burden, even entering in at the gates of Jerusalem on the sabbath day; then will I kindle a fire in the gates thereof, and it shall devour the palaces of Jerusalem, and it shall not be quenched.
