10.  அவர்கள் தங்கள் கால்களை அடக்கிக்கொள்ளாமல், அலைய விரும்புகிறார்களென்று கர்த்தர் இந்த ஜனத்தைக்குறித்துச் சொல்லுகிறார், ஆகையால், கர்த்தர் அவர்கள்மேல் பிரியமாயிராமல், இப்பொழுது அவர்கள் அக்கிரமத்தை நினைத்து, அவர்கள் பாவங்களை விசாரிப்பார்.

10.  Thus saith the LORD unto this people, Thus have they loved to wander, they have not refrained their feet, therefore the LORD doth not accept them; he will now remember their iniquity, and visit their sins.
