4. அவர்கள் நெடுங்காலம் பாழாய்க்கிடந்தவைகளைக் கட்டி பூர்வத்தில் நிர்மூலமானவைகளை எடுப்பித்து தலைமுறை தலைமுறையாய் இடிந்துகிடந்த பாழான பட்டணங்களைப் புதிதாய்க்கட்டுவார்கள்.
4. And they shall build the old wastes, they shall raise up the former desolations, and they shall repair the waste cities, the desolations of many generations.
