24.  நீ எனக்குப் பணங்களால் சுகந்தபட்டயைக் கொள்ளாமலும், உன் பலிகளின் நிணத்தினால் என்னைத் திருப்தியாக்காமலும், உன் பாவங்களினால் என்னைச் சங்கடப்படுத்தி, உன் அக்கிரமங்களினால் என்னை வருத்தப்படுத்தினாய்.

24.  Thou hast bought me no sweet cane with money, neither hast thou filled me with the fat of thy sacrifices: but thou hast made me to serve with thy sins, thou hast wearied me with thine iniquities.
