7.  ஆனாலும் இவர்களும் திராட்சரசத்தால் மயங்கி, மதுபானத்தால் வழிதப்பிப்போகிறார்கள்; ஆசாரியனும் தீர்க்கதரிசியும் மதுபானத்தால் மதிமயங்கி திராட்சரசத்தால் விழுங்கப்பட்டு, சாராயத்தினால் வழிதப்பி, தீர்க்கதரிசனத்தில் மோசம்போய் நியாயந்தீர்க்கிறதில் இடறுகிறார்கள்,

7.  But they also have erred through wine, and through strong drink are out of the way; the priest and the prophet have erred through strong drink, they are swallowed up of wine, they are out of the way through strong drink; they err in vision, they stumble in judgment.
