7.  அவள் தன் நேசர்களைப் பின்தொடΰ்ந்தும் அவர்களைச் சேருவதில்லை, அவரύகளைத் தேடியும் கண்ߠρபிடிப்பதில்லை; அப்பொழுது அவள் நான் என் முந்தின புருஷனிடத்துக்குத் திரும்பிப்போவேன்; இப்பொழுது இருக்கிறதைப்பார்க்கிலும் அப்பொழுது எனக்கு நன்மையாயிருந்தது என்பாள்.

7.  And she shall follow after her lovers, but she shall not overtake them; and she shall seek them, but shall not find them: then shall she say, I will go and return to my first husband; for then was it better with me than now.
