4. ஆகையால் நியாயப்பிரமாணம் பெலனற்றதாகி, நியாயம் ஒருபோதும் செல்லாமற்போகிறது; துன்மார்க்கன் நீதிமானை வளைந்துகொள்கிறான்; ஆதலால் நியாயம் புரட்டப்படுகிறது.
4. Therefore the law is slacked, and judgment doth never go forth: for the wicked doth compass about the righteous; therefore wrong judgment proceedeth.
