7.  நான் பதானைவிட்டு வருகையில், கானான் தேசத்தில் எப்பிராத்தாவுக்குக் கொஞ்சம் தூரம் இருக்கும்போது, வழியிலே ராகேல் என்னண்டையிலே மரணமடைந்தாள்; அவளை அங்கே பெத்லகேம் என்னும் எப்பிராத்தா ஊருக்குப் போகிற வழியிலே அடக்கம்பண்ணினேன் என்றான்.

7.  And as for me, when I came from Padan, Rachel died by me in the land of Canaan in the way, when yet there was but a little way to come unto Ephrath: and I buried her there in the way of Ephrath; the same is Bethlehem.
