24.  அன்று ராத்திரி தேவன் சீரியா தேசத்தானாகிய லாபானுக்குச் சொப்பனத்தில் தோன்றி: நீ யாக்கோபோடே நன்மையே அன்றித் தீமை ஒன்றும் பேசாதபடிக்கு எச்சரிக்கையாயிரு என்றார்.

24.  And God came to Laban the Syrian in a dream by night, and said unto him, Take heed that thou speak not to Jacob either good or bad.
