17.  தேவன் பிள்ளையின் சத்தத்தைக் கேட்டார்; தேவதூதன் வானத்திலிருந்து ஆகாரைக் கூப்பிட்டு ஆகாரே, உனக்கு என்ன சம்பவித்தது, பயப்படாதே, பிள்ளையிருக்கும் இடத்திலே தேவன் அவன் சத்தத்தைக் கேட்டார்.

17.  And God heard the voice of the lad; and the angel of God called to Hagar out of heaven, and said unto her, What aileth thee, Hagar? fear not; for God hath heard the voice of the lad where he is.
