16.  சிறையிருப்பிலிருந்து வந்தவர்கள் இந்தப்பிரகாரம் செய்தார்கள்; ஆசாரியனாகிய; எஸ்றாவும், தங்கள் பிதாக்களுடைய குடும்பத்தின்படியே பேர்பேராக அழைக்கப்பட்ட பிதாவம்சங்களின் தலைவர் அனைவரும் இந்தக் காரியத்தை விசாரிக்கும்படி பத்தாம் மாதம் முதல்தேதியிலே தனித்து உட்கார்ந்து,
