14.  ஆகையால், ஓய்வுநாளை ஆசரிப்பீர்களாக; அது உங்களுக்குப் பரிசுத்தமானது; அதைப் பரிசுத்தக் குலைச்சலாக்குகிறவன் கொலையுண்ணக்கடவன்; அதிலே வேலைசெய்கிற எந்த ஆத்துமாவும் தன் ஜனத்தின் நடுவில் இராதபடிக்கு அறுப்புண்டுபோவான்.

14.  Ye shall keep the sabbath therefore; for it is holy unto you: every one that defileth it shall surely be put to death: for whosoever doeth any work therein, that soul shall be cut off from among his people.
