5.  ஒருவன் பிறனுடைய வயலிலாவது திராட்சத்தோட்டத்திலாவது தன் மிருகஜீவனை மேயவிட்டால், அவன் தன் சுயவயலிலும் திராட்சத்தோட்டத்திலுமுள்ள பலனில் உத்தமமானதை எடுத்து, பதில் செலுத்தக்கடவன்.

5.  If a man shall cause a field or vineyard to be eaten, and shall put in his beast, and shall feed in another man's field; of the best of his own field, and of the best of his own vineyard, shall he make restitution.
