36.  அந்த மாடு முன்னமே முட்டுகிற மாடென்று அதின் எஜமான் அறிந்திருந்தும், அதைக் கட்டிவைக்காதிருந்தால், அவன் மாட்டுக்கு மாட்டைக் கொடுக்கக்கடவன்; செத்ததோ அவனுடையதாகவேண்டும்.

36.  Or if it be known that the ox hath used to push in time past, and his owner hath not kept him in; he shall surely pay ox for ox; and the dead shall be his own.
