13. ஒருவன் பதிவிருந்து கொல்லாமல், தேவச்செயலாய்த் தன் கைக்கு நேரிட்டவனைக் கொன்றால், அவன் ஓடிப்போய்ச் சேரவேண்டிய ஸ்தலத்தை உனக்கு நியமிப்பேன்.
