3.  அப்பொழுது மோசே ஜனங்களை நோக்கி: நீங்கள் அடிமைத்தன வீடாகிய எகிப்திலிருந்து புறப்பட்ட இந்த நாளை நினையுங்கள்; கர்த்தர் பலத்த கையினால் உங்களை அவ்விடத்திலிருந்து புறப்படப் பண்ணினார்; ஆகையால், நீங்கள் புளித்த அப்பம் புசிக்கவேண்டாம்.

3.  And Moses said unto the people, Remember this day, in which ye came out from Egypt, out of the house of bondage; for by strength of hand the LORD brought you out from this place: there shall no leavened bread be eaten.
