15.  அவைகள் பூமியின் முகம் முழுதையும் மூடிற்று; தேசம் அவைகளால் அந்தகாரப்பட்டது; கல்மழைக்குத்தப்பியிருந்த நிலத்தின் பயிர்வகைகள் யாவையும் மரங்களின் கனிகள் யாவையும் அவைகள் பட்சித்துப் போட்டது; எகிப்து தேசம் எங்குமுள்ள மரங்களிலும் வயல்வெளியின் பயிர்வகைகளிலும் ஒரு பச்சிலையும் மீதியாயிருக்கவில்லை.

15.  For they covered the face of the whole earth, so that the land was darkened; and they did eat every herb of the land, and all the fruit of the trees which the hail had left: and there remained not any green thing in the trees, or in the herbs of the field, through all the land of Egypt.
