5.  அன்றியும் அதிபதிகள் ஜனங்களை நோக்கி: புதுவீட்டைக் கட்டி, அதைப் பிரதிஷ்டைபண்ணாதிருக்கிறவன் எவனோ, அவன் தன் வீட்டுக்குத் திரும்பிப்போகக்கடவன்; அவன் யுத்தத்திலே செத்தால் வேறொருவன் அதைப் பிரதிஷ்டைபண்ணவேண்டியதாகும்.

5.  And the officers shall speak unto the people, saying, What man is there that hath built a new house, and hath not dedicated it? let him go and return to his house, lest he die in the battle, and another man dedicate it.
