17.  அப்பொழுது எலிசா விண்ணப்பம் பண்ணி: கர்த்தாவே, இவன் பார்க்கும்படி இவன் கண்களைத் திறந்தருளும் என்றான்; உடனே கர்த்தர் அந்த வேலைக்காரன் கண்களைத் திறந்தார்; இதோ, எலிசாவைச் சுற்றிலும் அக்கினிமயமான குதிரைகளாலும் இரதங்களாலும் அந்த மலை நிறைந்திருக்கிறதை அவன் கண்டான்.

17.  And Elisha prayed, and said, LORD, I pray thee, open his eyes, that he may see. And the LORD opened the eyes of the young man; and he saw: and, behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire round about Elisha.
