5.  கர்த்தர் இந்த ராஜாவை வாதித்ததினால், அவன் தன் மரணநாள்மட்டும் குஷ்டரோகியாயிருந்து, தனித்து ஒரு வீட்டிலே வாசம்பண்ணினான்; ராஜாவின் குமாரனாகிய யோதாம் அரமனை விசாரிப்புக்காரனாயிருந்து, தேசத்தின் ஜனங்களை நியாயம் விசாரித்தான்.

5.  And the LORD smote the king, so that he was a leper unto the day of his death, and dwelt in a several house. And Jotham the king's son was over the house, judging the people of the land.
