12.  தாணையம் இருக்கிற மனுஷர் யோனத்தனையும் அவன் ஆயுததாரியையும் பார்த்து: எங்களிடத்துக்கு ஏறிவாருங்கள், உங்களுக்குப் புத்தி கற்பிப்போம் என்றார்கள்; அப்பொழுது யோனத்தான் தன் ஆயுததாரியை நோக்கி: என் பின்னாலே ஏறிவா; கர்த்தர் அவர்களை இஸ்ரவேலின் கையில் ஒப்புக்கொடுத்தார் என்று சொல்லி,

12.  And the men of the garrison answered Jonathan and his armourbearer, and said, Come up to us, and we will show you a thing. And Jonathan said unto his armourbearer, Come up after me: for the LORD hath delivered them into the hand of Israel.
