1.  ஒருநாள் சவுலின் குமாரனாகிய யோனத்தான் தன் ஆயுததாரியாகிய வாலிபனை நோக்கி: நமக்கு எதிராக அந்தப் பக்கத்தில் இருக்கிற பெலிஸ்தரின் தாணையத்திற்குப் போவோம் வா என்று சொன்னான்; அதை அவன் தன் தகப்பனுக்கு அறிவிக்கவில்லை.
