7.  தான் இருந்து நியாயம் தீர்க்கிறதற்கு நியாயாசனம் போட்டிருக்கும் ஒரு நியாயவிசாரணை மண்டபத்தையும் கட்டி, அதின் ஒருபக்கம் துவக்கி மறுபக்கமட்டும் கேதுருப்பலகைகளால் தளவரிசைப் படுத்தினான்.
