8.  கனநித்திரையின் ஆவியையும், காணாதிருக்கிற கண்களையும், கேளாதிருக்கிற காதுகளையும், தேவன் அவர்களுக்குக் கொடுத்தார் என்று எழுதியிருக்கிறபடியாயிற்று.

8.  (According as it is written, God hath given them the spirit of slumber, eyes that they should not see, and ears that they should not hear;) unto this day.
