16.  சபைகளில் இவைகளை உங்களுக்குச் சாட்சியாக அறிவிக்கும்படிக்கு இயேசுவாகிய நான் என் தூதனை அனுப்பினேன். நான் தாவீதின் வேரும் சந்ததியும், பிரகாசமுள்ள விடிவெள்ளி நட்சத்திரமுமாயிருக்கிறேன் என்றார்.

16.  I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star.
