4.  ஜனத்தில் சிறுமைப்படுகிறவர்களை அவர் நியாயம் விசாரித்து, ஏழையின் பிள்ளைகளை இரட்சித்து, இடுக்கண் செய்கிறவனை நொறுக்குவார்.

4.  He shall judge the poor of the people, he shall save the children of the needy, and shall break in pieces the oppressor.
