21.  சமபூமியிலுள்ள எல்லாப் பட்டணங்களும், எஸ்போனில் ஆண்டிருந்த சீகோன் என்னும் எமோரியருடைய ராஜாவின் ராஜ்யம் முழுவதும் அவர்கள் எல்லைக்குள்ளாயிற்று, அந்தச் சீகோனையும், தேசத்திலே குடியிருந்து சீகோனின் அதிபதியாயிருந்த ஏவி, ரெக்கேம், சூர், ஊர், ரேபா என்னும் மீதியானின் பிரபுக்களையும் மோசே வெட்டிப்போட்டான்.
