13.  அப்பொழுது அவர் ஆபிராமை நோக்கி: உன் சந்ததியார் தங்களுடையதல்லாத அந்நிய தேசத்திலே பரதேசிகளாயிருந்து, அத்தேசத்தாரைச் சேவிப்பார்கள் என்றும், அவர்களால் நானூறு வருஷம் உபத்திரவப்படுவார்கள் என்றும், நீ நிச்சயமாய் அறியՠύகடவாய்.

13.  And he said unto Abram, Know of a surety that thy seed shall be a stranger in a land that is not theirs, and shall serve them; and they shall afflict them four hundred years;
