2.  ராஜாவுக்கு நஷ்டம் வராதபடிக்கு அந்த தேசாதிபதிகள் கணக்கு ஒப்புவிக்கிறதற்காக அவர்களுக்கு மேலாக மூன்று பிரதானிகளையும் ஏற்படுத்துவது தரியுவுக்கு நலமென்று கண்டது; இவர்களில் தானியேல் ஒருவனாயிருந்தான்.
