23.  இவர்கள் கையில் அவர்கள் எழுதிக்கொடுத்தனுப்பின நிருபமாவது: அப்போஸ்தலரும் மூப்பரும் சகோதரருமாகிய நாங்கள் அந்தியோகியாவிலும் சீரியாவிலும் சிலிசியாவிலும் இருக்கும் புறஜாதியாராகிய சகோதரருக்கு வாழ்த்துதல் சொல்லி எழுதிய நிருபம் என்னவென்றால்;

23.  And they wrote letters by them after this manner; The apostles and elders and brethren send greeting unto the brethren which are of the Gentiles in Antioch and Syria and Cilicia.
