14.  மேலான அதிகாரமுள்ள ராஜாவுக்கானாலுஞ்சரி, தீமைசெய்கிறவர்களுக்கு ஆக்கினையும் நன்மைசெய்கிறவர்களுக்குப் புகழ்ச்சியும் உண்டாகும்படி அவனால் அனுப்பப்பட்ட அதிகாரிகளுக்கானாலுஞ்சரி, கீழ்ப்படியுங்கள்.

14.  Or unto governors, as unto them that are sent by him for the punishment of evildoers, and for the praise of them that do well.
