ரோமர் 9:16

ஆகையால் விரும்புகிறவனாலுமல்ல, ஓடுகிறவனாலும் அல்ல, இரங்குகிற தேவனாலேயாம்.

So then it is not of him that willeth, nor of him that runneth, but of God that sheweth mercy.
