சங்கீதம் 7:5

பகைஞன் என் ஆத்துமாவைத் தொடர்ந்துபிடித்து, என் பிராணனைத் தரையிலே தள்ளி மிதித்து, என் மகிமையைத் தூளிலே தாழ்த்தக்கடவன்.(சேலா.)

Let the enemy persecute my soul, and take it; yea, let him tread down my life upon the earth, and lay mine honour in the dust. Selah.
