இந்த மாதம் பதினாலாந்தேதி அந்திநேரமான வேளையாகிய குறித்த காலத்தில் அதை ஆசரிக்கக்கடவீர்கள்; அதற்குரிய எல்லாக் கட்டளையின்படியேயும் முறைமைகளின்படியேயும் அதை ஆசரிக்கக்கடவீர்கள் என்றார்.
