ஒருவன் தன் கையில் ஒரு மர ஆயுதத்தை எடுத்து, சாகத்தக்கதாக ஒருவனை அடித்ததினால் அவன் செத்துப்போனால், அடித்தவன் கொலைபாதகனாயிருக்கிறான்; கொலைபாதகன் கொலைசெய்யப்படவேண்டும்.
